I have been encourage to start an art blog by friends and students. I'm not sure about this... it seems to take alot of time that I would rather spend painting. But considering I have a storage room full of paintings maybe I should spend the time trying to "share what I paint".
I'll start with one of my favorite paintings.
"CHING-The Studio Cat"
Not painted in my usual, more tightly controlled, style it is of my hurricane rescue cat. He's about 7 years old and weighs 16 pounds. He is my constant companion in the studio.
I am going to make an effort to post a new painting to my blog every couple of days. Once I get more familiar with this whole process I would like to post photos of paintings in progress.
